John is exactly where he was at the end of BtR, with Derek and the others.

He has a sudden terrorized look, with eyebrows rapidly going up.
Flashback from s02e04, AfP, in which Cameron told him that her name was Allison.
John then lowers his eyes.

In the basement of Zeira Corp, a few seconds after the time sphere closed.

On the screen some images of the men and analysis of the weapons appear.
The men have covered faces and are completely dressed in black.

On John Henry's screen:
The men from the roof enter the building forcing a door with some explosive.
They're quickly coming down the stairs: here the water fire extinguisher activates.
The first of the men slips, causing two other ones to fall and slowing down them all.
At the same time
Ellison takes Cameron's body, while Sarah takes the papers and the backup unit.
Sarah then she disconnects the Turk and puts everything in a bag.

They exit: Sarah carefully carries the bag avoiding any bumps, Ellison follows close behind carrying Cameron's body.

Later, in the tunnels, John's looking outside, although he's mostly staring into the night's landscape.
Derek discretely goes near to him, on his left, and looks up at the sky too.

After slapping his shoulder, Derek goes away hinting a proud smile.

On John Henry's screens.
Countdown to activate the TDE.
The men keep going down, shooting two guards that were trying to stop them.
An outgoing sphere opens and vanishes, taking nothing away.
The men reach the basement, they are in front of the desk.
Man 1 moves a finger in a circle in the air.
John H.
Man 3 inquisitively frowns his eyebrows under the balaclava.
Strong electric discharges stun the men and hit the devices, short-circuiting them and causing some electrical fires.
An incoming sphere takes shape.
When it vanishes, nothing is in its place, including two of the men and part of another two. All has disappeared.
Two men are highly mutilated and dead on the ground.
The desk is gone, and a pothole is in the ground.
Meanwhile everything is burning, and computers short-circuiting.
The last man still alive leaves the room, but all the doors are closed.
He's trapped.

In Zeira's underground garage.

They leave.

John is still aloof, alone, sitting on what should have been the sill of a no longer existing door, leaning against the pillar near the corner of a wall that doesn't exist anymore.
Allison approaches him, bringing a military metal plate.

Allison sits down on the same sill, keeping the plate on her knees.

He takes something from the plate and eats it, never looking at Allison.
Looks ahead for some seconds, with a slightly blank look, keeping eating slowly, saying nothing.

John stands-up and walks away, going back to watch outside
He has the look of someone who is going to do something.
Derek approaches him again, heving evidently seen everything...
He looks outside, as before.

In the present, Ellison and Sarah are in the car. He's driving.
Cameron's body is on the floor, just in front of the rear seat, on which Sarah lays supine.
She's reading the sheets they took from the printer, with her head leaning against the left rear door.
The bag is on her belly, to avoid bumps.

In a short time they reached the bank.
Ellison climbs out of the vehicle, while Sarah remains in the closed car, hidden and armed.
The slightly darkened windows make it hard to see her inside the car, which is in the shade of a tall building.

John is back where he was when he arrived.
He is away from other people, and he always moves looking around with a suspicious look.
He puts the rifle down to the ground, takes some steps and raises his hands.

There's a slight strange noise at his back.
John turns around.
There's Ms. Weaver, dressed as she was in the tunnels just after the time travel.

Catherine looks at him in the face: John is a bit sad, and looks down.

John picks up the rifle and leaves.

John is back in the tunnels, still at night.

Ellison enters the bank, with a folded paper in his hand, and goes to a cashier.

Ellison watches around, discretely but anxiously.

Ellison follows her, they go into the vault.
She types something on a terminal.

Ellison types the code reading by another paper in his hand.
Some mechanical noises can be heard.
After a few seconds the box appears from the conveyor belt.

She leaves the room and closes the armored door after her.
Ellison opens the box.
Inside there is a yellow dossier bag, from which he extracts some documents printed on multi-colored sheets.
He puts them back in the envelope and puts it in his briefcase.
From the box he takes a military chain, of the same kind used for name tags, with two big cylindrical keys: a red one and a yellow one.
He puts them in the pocket and closes the box, which is now empty.
Ellison pushes the button and, after a few seconds, the door opens.

Ellison is back ìn the car, where Sarah is nervous.

He starts the engine and, looking around, leaves.

Sarah opens the envelope and extracts the multi-colored dossier.
On the cover there is a military-style writing: "Top Secret! - Do not copy".
She starts leafing through the dossier.

Sarah returns the dossier to the envelope and puts it away, then she takes again the papers from Zeira Corp.

Some time later, Sarah and Ellison are still in the car.

Ellison enters something into the GPS, which then begins to calculate a route.

It's morning in the tunnels.
Meeting in progress at the table, while they eat military food, like astronaut rations.
John arrives.

Allison carries a pitcher of water she just filtered.
John looks at her for a moment, then lowers his eyes.
He leans his elbow on the table, with the hand on his temple, covering his eye, on the side Allison is.

Allison hears him and comes near to the table.

John is forced to watch her, but he has a blank face.

He looks to the ceiling, then looks at John.

Sarah and Ellison are still in the car, in the desert.
Ellison continues to glance in the mirrors and around while driving.

They stop in front of a cavern in a mountain side, it is hidden by the optical effect of the mountain itself.
The cavern is closed by a shutter.
Ellison inserts one of the two keys in a lock of the same color, and the shutter opens very quickly.

They enter with the car and get out.
They are in some kind of hangar, with some old military devices.

Ellison goes to a huge heavy, two piece, sliding door at the end of the hangar.
He opens a box on the wall, containing a display, two colored locks, and a 70's keyboard.
He inserts the two cylindrical keys in the two locks on the sides of the display, and turns them simultaneously
The display turns on.
It's a green fourteen-segment alphanumeric vacuum fluorescent display.
It resets and shows
After a few seconds the display says:
"Red, 23, 17, 5"

Ellison opens the dossier, at the red section, on page 23.
He searches for row 17, the rows are numbered each 5, and types on the keyboard the 5th number, "9003", then presses enter.
The display now shows:
"Blue, 2, 11, 4"
Ellison finds and enters this second code too.
He repeats all of this for a total of five times, then the huge door begins to open.

Ellison gently takes the bag, while Sarah takes some other things and weapons.
They move all inside the big door.
Then, together, they take Cameron and put her on an office chair with wheels that was near a desk. They move her inside the bunker too.

Ellison looks at the paper.

Ellison checks an intercom which is near the door of the bunker.
Ellison
Sarah walks over to the other intercom.

Ellison gets in the car and drives away.
Sarah removes the keys from the display, the door starts closing.
She goes inside and remains behind the door waiting for it to completely close.

John is sitting near a table, handling some circuits with various tools. He's closing something.
He stands up with a small box in his hands, going towards his left, while still watching the box.
He's going to collide to Allison, who is walking in the opposite direction carrying some dossiers.
John
He steps aside to let her pass.
Allison
She smiles and goes away, then turns back for a moment watching John, turns again and continues to walk.
He casts a furtive glance over her, then walks away with the small box in his hands.

John reaches Derek, who is watching outside with binoculars, through a cleft.
Binocular view shows the rubble of the city and the warped carcass of some old vehicles. Nothing moves.

John, Kyle and Phil are outside, moving stealthily.
John

Among the rubble there is half an endoskeleton, armed, which tries to shoot them.
Kyle shoots him with the plasma rifle, ripping off his head.

He looks at them one by one, waiting for a confirmation sign by each one.
Kyle picks up the head of the Terminator and observes it.
Kyle
He puts the head in the bag, then takes also the weapon from the Terminator and puts it on his back.

They are at the turbine. John opens a box containing some boards, puts the transmitter inside, presses a button and closes again the box.

Sarah is inside the bunker, she's still reading the papers from John Henry.
She takes a quick look at Cameron's body, which is immobile on the chair.
She resumes reading.
Another quick look at Cameron, then she resumes reading again.
Sarah suddenly lowers her right arm with the papers on the desk, gazing Cameron.
Sarah rises and goes up to her.
Sarah
Sarah picks up the toolbox and takes long-nose pliers.
Sarah
Sarah removes Cameron's vest.
She cleans the pliers with something from the first-aid kit.
Sarah begins to extract bullets, dropping them on the metallic table, which emits a low thud each time.
Sarah
Sarah extracts some other bullets, that make noise on the table...

Another bullet...

...another one...

Another two bullets.
She stops extracting and looks at Cameron straight in her face.
Sarah
Sarah shakes her head and moves the arms, with the gory pliers in her hand.

She starts to bandage the wounds.
She looks at the table, covered by many distorted bullets of various caliber.
She bandages Cameron's left eye too, including the uncovered section of endoskull.
Sarah stands up and starts walking, looking around.
It's a very large area, with no dividing walls, containing some strange and obsolete devices, and old military vehicles.
She doesn't see any weapons.
While walking, she sees a big door. It's an elevator.
She pushes the button, the door opens. The elevator is bigger than a car.
She doesn't enter.
In a corner are stacked some military food supplies.
She picks up a package and looks at the label: expiration date 2010.
She goes back to the elevator and enters.
There are only two buttons, up and down. She goes down.
The elevator takes a while, despite not seeming slow.
It stops.
The big armored sliding doors open relatively quickly.
There is a whole underground army base, on three levels, connected by staircases and by a second smaller elevator.
There is the dining room, military-style kitchen, and some dormitories.
The elevator's floor is about five meters {~16ft} tall and has no internal walls.
On the right side, aligned with the wall, there are some old consoles, with monitors and various switches. It looks like Cape Canaveral.
Near the end of the left side there's the long catering table, for the canteen. Behind it, a big door gives access to the kitchen.
In the center there is a large amount of long narrow tables, with benches, arranged parallel to the wall at the bottom.
Near this are a small stage and projections screen.
One of the consoles is on, showing B/W images from some cameras on the various levels, including the upper one, the entry, and the desert around the mountain.
Sarah observes one of the ventilation ducts: there's a label saying
"Warning: electrostatic self-cleaning air filter inside!"
with a yellow and black high voltage danger symbol.
A very low noise produced by the air movement can be heard.
All is clean in the bunker, there is no dust present.
She looks at the big Nixie-tube clock on the wall: 20:48. She goes back upstairs by the elevator.
She sits down again by the desk, with the papers in her hand.
She rests her head on the wall at her back, closing her eyes.

In the tunnels Derek approaches John, who is watching a laptop showing a map and a steady blinking dot.

John is alone, watching the monitor and writes something.

She approached him from his back.

Outlines a slightly constrained smile.

She gently puts a hand on his shoulder and goes away.
He gives her another rapid look while she is walking away.
He leans his forehead into his hand, with his elbow on the table.

Sarah is in a not so big room.
She is disorientated, and looks around.
Cameron arrives, with a light long dress, smiling while looking at a photo in her hands. She gives the photo to Sarah.
Sarah takes the photo and looks at it. There are her and John, with some trees and a mountain in the background.
They're happy, smiling.
She looks again Cameron: she no longer has her skin, but she has the same dress.
Sarah is scared.
Cameron puts her metallic hand on Sarah's left shoulder, caressing her. Sarah is still scared, but she doesn't flinch.
She looks at the hand on her shoulder turning her eyes sideways for a few seconds, then looks Cameron in the eyes.
Sarah suddenly awakes, aiming her gun ahead.
She hears the horn behind the door.
Sarah looks at Cameron, still motionless. She goes to the intercom.

Derek comes back to John, who is at the same table watching the laptop, while also doing something else.

They go towards Rudolf's bunker.
At the entry there are two armed guards, with German shepherd dogs, standing.
A guard performs the iris scan, and the heavy door noisily unlocks.
The guard opens the door with difficulty and they enter. After a bit the metallic noise of the door closing at their backs was heard.
They pass through a long corridor, to a second door with another armed guard.
They are checked with a metal detector, and left to enter.

Rudolf's back is turned towards them. He's in rest position, holding his hands behind his back.
Between Rudolf and them, about 3m {~10ft} then a desk, with various papers and electronics devices, some assembled and some disassembled.
The bunker has no windows or visible exits. The light comes from the ground, along the walls.
The room is about 5m long and 3m wide {~16.5 x 10 ft}, with a niche in one of the long sides, in which there is a man working on something.
They entered on one of the short sides, while Rudolf is at the other.
In front of Rudolf there is a big map, full of notes.
He stands immobile, about 1.75-1.80m tall {~ 5' 9" - 5'11"}, average build
He wears some army boots and some camouflage cargo pants.
A Beretta 93 is in his side holster, right below the bulky camouflage jacket covering his bullet-proof vest.
A large military beret, and some dark and thin close fitting leather gloves, complete his dress.

Rudolf turns around.
He has a thick dark-brown integral beard, with mustache, on a slim face. He wears some big lens glasses, with thick squared black frame. {OK, no: he is not Gordon Freeman!}

Closes the bottle and shakes it for a long time.

He watches her for a bit.
